1. What Vessa is
Vessa Marlowe is an AI-created fictional character. Her images and videos are creative visualizations, not evidence of a human preparing food, constructing a product, wearing an outfit in a physical location, or personally testing a result. The website distinguishes recipes, craft visualizations and untested design concepts.
2. Recipes and Studio ideas
Recipes provide general informational content and are adapted from credited sources. These adaptations have not been independently kitchen-tested for this website. Ingredients, appliances, serving sizes and results vary. Read allergen labels, use safe food handling and cooking temperatures, and follow equipment instructions. The website is not medical, nutritional, engineering or professional construction advice.
A Studio concept is not a safety certification or a complete build guide. Do not infer electrical safety, structural strength, waterproofing or load capacity from a generated image or video. Seek appropriate qualified guidance before attempting work involving power, heat, mounting, tools or other hazards.
3. Content and permitted use
The project’s original branding, written material, images and presentation are protected by the applicable intellectual-property rules. You may view the website and print recipe pages for personal, non-commercial use. This does not grant a licence to reproduce Vessa’s likeness, redistribute the imagery, impersonate the project or sell its content. Credited third-party material and linked resources remain subject to their owners’ rights.
4. Links and YouTube
Links and video players may take you to or load third-party services. Those services control their own availability, content, terms and privacy practices. Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy. Vessa Marlowe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
5. Private automation application
Vessa Social Automation is an owner-operated tool for the Vessa channel, not a public product or an offer to manage other people’s accounts. An OAuth permission does not authorise unrelated actions. The operator remains responsible for reviewing account identity, the intended changes and the resulting records. Users may revoke authorisation as explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular creative outcome, fitness for every individual situation, or the correctness of third-party content. Use the material with appropriate judgment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Contact and updates
Sending an email or creative suggestion does not create a contract, a partnership or a transfer of intellectual-property rights. Any collaboration requires a separate agreement. These terms may change as the project develops; the effective date at the top identifies this version.
